Trade & Arbitration Rules
The CSCA has a comprehensive set of Trade and Arbitration Rules which are used to facilitate the trading of pulses and special crops in Canada. The CSCA revised its Trade and Arbitration Rules in 2018, with the new rules to take effect on August 1, 2019.

Roster of Arbitrators
A list of CSCA Member companies have been endorsed by the CSCA Rules Committee and may serve as an Arbitrator under the CSCA Trade & Arbitration Rules.  Claimants and Respondents are required to select an Arbitrator from this list when completing Annex 1 Terms of Submission to Arbitration.
